Workshop Options:

I offer specialized workshops in art making, yoga, and mindfulness activities. You may pick one of these topics for a “Specialized Workshop” or two of the activities/topics for a “Interdisciplinary Workshop”.

Great for parties, community development, team building, expanding your wellness goals, creative understanding, or just for plain fun!

Specialized Workshops: Art, Yoga, Mindfulness

Yoga Class Options-

Group: Chair Yoga for EVERYONE or BYO MAT (bring your own mat/props). If you provide mats and props I can also offer restorative classes by candle light, or more pilates/ashtanga based practices. If you’d like to provide alcohol I can also plan a “Sip and Stretch Class” especially great for birthdays, bachelorettes, or brunches!

Private Sessions: I can provide props for private sessions and will curate the session based off of your individual wellness goals if you send what you would like to focus on prior to the event.

Intuitive Art Class/Workshop Options:

Group: Primarily watercolor work shop, with meditation and writing exercises incorporated into our time together, however,

you may also choose other option to incorporate such as:

Monochromatic Art//Color Healing

Flower Crown Making

Good Smells Workshop: Yoga Mat Cleaner/Linen Spray/DIY Shower Steamers

Vision Boards

Interdisciplinary Workshops

These incorporate multiple elements of my practice including two of the above elements (ie: art making//yoga, extended meditation//yoga, or extending meditation//art.).

Breakdown:

1hr yoga practice yoga/meditation practice followed by 2 hr art making and 1 hr for intro/closing/sharing.

Private Art Classes:

I offer sessions in all mediums including but not limited to Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil, Drawing, and Oil Pastel. We can explore any material or subject you would like as this is your time to shine. Send me your goals, what you’d like to focus on and what type of subject matter.

Performance Painting Events+Collaboration

This is primarily a live painting performative option you may incorporate into your events. Send me a vision of what you would like to be made/painted or if you would like me to just respond to the space and atmosphere of the event.

Please refer to the “Image” and “Time” section of my Fine Art portfolio to get an idea of what a tarp or Sacred Space painting is and what you may like to incorporate. We may open the painting process up to group participation and collaboration to further engage the attendee’s and build community.

You may keep the artwork that is created.

If you’d like me to prepare or mount the tarp painting that is created so it can be given away to each participant this is also an option. Makes great holiday gifts. Additional cost applies.

May also be completed on a single canvas.

My Rate for workshops occur on a sliding scale. On average, I charge approximately $50 per hour depending on what elements you would like to incorporate into the workshop and what it entails. I am willing to work with your budget within reason.

Low Range Workshop Rate: $45-$65 per hour: This includes schools, non profits, personal events, parties, etc. depending on the size of groups. If this does not fall within your budget range please send me an email with your goals and intention of the workshop and I will try to compile something together for you based off of your needs.

High Range Workshop Rate: $50-$75 per hour: This includes corporate organizations, for profit organizations, large company team building exercises, and larger more presentation based events.

If your idea is not listed above, please contact me with an explanation of your vision and I will let you know if it is feasible for your event and budget. Each workshop is customized based off of your individual goals.
